Robot palletizing machine is a high-tech product of electrical and mechanical integration, and medium and low palletizing robot can meet the needs of medium and low output. It can also complete the palletizing of bags, plastic blocks, boxes and other products according to the required grouping method and number of layers. It is mainly composed of mechanical body, servo drive system, arm mechanism, end effector, end effector adjustment mechanism and detection mechanism, which can be set according to different material packaging and stacking sequence, to realize the palletizing operation of different types of packaging materials. According to the function, it can be divided into bag feeding, turning, bagging, organizing, bag-grabbing palletizing, pallet warehouse, pallet conveying and corresponding control system.
Robot palletizer
(1) Bag feeding mechanism. The belt conveyor is used to complete the bag feeding task of the palletizer.
(2) Steering mechanism. According to the set program, the packaging bag is turned.
(3) Bag discharging mechanism. The belt conveyor is used to send the arranged bags to the bagging mechanism.
(4) Bagging mechanism. Packing bags arranged by belt conveyor.
(5) bag palletizing mechanism. The robot palletizing mechanism is used to complete the palletizing operation.
(6) Tray library. The stacked pallets are delivered by forklift truck and discharged to the pallet roller conveyor one by one according to the program, and the empty pallets are regularly supplied to the palletizer process. The palletized pallets after reaching 8 layers are transported to the pallet warehouse by the roller conveyor, and finally taken out by the forklift truck to the warehouse for storage. The system is controlled by the programmable controller (brLC).
